1000% NO LOSE GUARANTEE We guarantee that during your first year of membership, you will receive information from our Vacation Rentals Newsletter that is worth more that the cost of a listing with us, as well as paid rental bookings from your VacationRental.org listing worth at least 1000% of your annual cost of membership. This guarantee is effective for new memberships starting on or after Jan. 1, 2007. If you do not receive 1000% of your membership fee in bookings during the first year of membership and information from our newsletter that is more than your cost of membership, notify the us and your membership will be extended for 9 free months AT NO COST TO YOU. This guarantee may be used once only for each membership. This guarantee does not apply to timeshare units OR in cases where the property is not available for at least 6 months of the year OR for listings which do not display 2 or more photos during at least 10 of the 12 months that the ad is online.
