Is your vacation rental located near a golf course?  If so, you should make the most out of your location.  Include golf amenities in your home so renters will be more likely to stay with you.  By including certain amenities, you will be able to keep a full rental calendar.    

Set of Clubs

While most golfers have their own set of clubs, they don’t always want to travel with them.  In addition, they might be traveling with a member of the family that wants to try out golf but doesn’t own any clubs.  Put an extra set of clubs in your vacation rental. They don’t have to be top of the line clubs.  Purchase a set of affordable clubs and place them inside the home. 

Golf Cart

If your vacation rental is located right on the golf course, purchase a cart for the home.  While a golf cart is somewhat expensive, it will enhance your listing.  People will love the idea of having their own cart to use when they travel. 

Driving Net

Let your guests work on their swings by including a practice net. You can pick up a practice net at a sporting goods store.  Make sure the net is durable and can make it through bad weather. You want it to be in good shape so golfers can use it when they visit.

Chipping Area

You can also make a chipping area for golfers.  Get a chipping net and provide them with can place in the yard where they can work on their chip shots. Your guests will enjoy the opportunity to work on their chip shots before they take in a round of golf.    

Balls and Tees

If a golfer runs out of balls or tees, his golfing trip could end early.  By placing balls and tees in the rental, you will ensure your traveler has a great time on vacation.

Be sure to include some practice balls as well.  That way, travelers can take some swings out in the front yard before they go out on the course.    

If you want more golfers to come to your vacation rental, you need to include lots of golf amenities.  Purchase the amenities and then include them in your listing.  As soon as you update your listing, golfers will be drawn to your vacation rental.
