Welcome to Nearest-Disney. Located on the prestigious, luxury gated estate of Formosa Gardens, with Disney World so close (only 2 miles), you can almost touch it:Within a 25 minute drive of Orlando International Airport and the main Interstate 4 Highway, it is the ideal place to access all the other numerous attractions this part of Florida has to offer, including PGA championship golf courses.
Formosa Gardens is situated in a quiet, tranquil area, yet with Formosa Gardens Shopping Village less than a 2 minute drive away, which includes a grocery store, medical walk-in clinic and many family restaurants, including TGI Friday’s, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster and many more.
The home is one storey, and so ideal for our disabled guests. It has a fully monitored alarm and smoke detector system, with you safety and security in mind.
If privacy is important to you, you’ll love staying on Formosa Gardens, as all homes are constructed on extra large lots, which ensures plenty of privacy between you and your neighbours.
The pool and oversized deck area are South facing, and enjoy full sun all day long, or cool off under the lanai, and relax in luxuriously sumptuous furniture, and eat Al Fresco. Sit back and relax with a drink, and have a private viewing of the Disney laser show at night, from your own pool!
(All exits onto the pool area are child alarmed)
There is permanent Wireless Internet access (your own laptop is required), and FREE WORLDWIDE TELEPHONE CALLS, 24/7.
All nursery equipment (crib, lightweight stroller with canopy, cordless baby monitor, pack and play pen and baby bath), are provided at no extra cost.

Our Estate has beautiful landscaped areas, and a fishing lake, where catch and realese is available, free of charge. We also have a conservation area. Outside of the Estate, but only a 5 minute walk, is Formosa Gardens shopping mall, where you will find a courtyard of popular eateries, grocery stores, mail shop, walk in medical centre, and lots more.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: The full $200/£200 deposit is refundable up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. 50% of the $200/£200 deposit is refundable for cancellations 8- 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, and 0% deposit is refundable for cancellations 4-0 weeks prior to the arrival date (unless due to unforeseen circumstances by the Homeowner, whom will make every Endeavour to re-home you if required). Written notification of cancellation to the Homeowner/Management Company is required. If a cancellation occurs by the Guest, an administration fee of $25/£15 will be deducted from any refunded monies due to the Guest. If the cancellation arises from the Homeowner, no administration fee will be deducted from any monies refunded back to the Guest.
