Visit Madeira Beach and enjoy everything a great vacation can offer. Our one bedroom condo is steps from the beach (across one street) and is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. We have a large heated pool with two TIKI huts and sun loungers, an outside BBQ and we are steps from great restaurants, shops and of course, the beach. View the great sunsets right from the front door of the condo, or grab one of the beach chairs we provide to sit on the beach and take in the view there.Walk or drive to Johns Pass, shop in great discount stores in the area, feast on super meals walking and short driving distance, or just relax.
This condo complex was formerly called Tropic Shores, but renamed Tropic Breezes about 6 years ago. The owners have made sure that the property has been updated and the condo itself has been completely renovated to make it ready for your stay. Ours is a main floor condo, with one parking space provided.
May to December: Stay two weeks or more and save $50 per week!

Area Description: We are near Johns Pass, a unique little fishing village with shops, restaurants and live entertainment much of the week. Watch the dolphins come in with the fishing boats, walk the boardwalk with an ice cream treat. Join the locals and visitors for open air nightly dining or entertainment with a variety of music styles. We are near Publix and Winn Dixie, and you can pick up the Suncoast trolley at our corner to ride up to Clearwater or down to St. Pete Beach for a change of scene on an all-day bus pass.
Pool or beach, enjoy the sun and the sunsets.
Living room includes a new queen sofa bed.
