Apartments for seaside holidays on Greek mainland <br /><br />Large villa in quiet location in mainland Greece with 4 self-contained apartments. Perfect for couples, families or groups of friends. Located in a Greek seaside village on edge of Pagasitic Gulf, just south of Volos. It is just a short walk to the village beach from the villa and you can also walk to the tavernas, cafes and small shops in the village centre. This is a traditional Greek village without many foreign holidaymakers but it does have Greek visitors in the peak month of August who appreciate the freshly caught fish served in the tavernas and the attractive village streets - no high rise buildings here! The hills around the village are covered in olive trees and there are many other beaches in the Magnesia region waiting to be discovered by anyone who is happy to take a vacation away from the usual crowds.<br /> <br /> The rental apartments in Amaliapolis are spacious (42m2) and have a large living room with a kitchen area which has a small cooker and fridge with crockery and cutlery provided, plus kettle, toaster and coffee machine and microwave. This room is cooled by a ceiling fan and has two balconies which are great for al fresco eating. There is an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds, again with a balcony, and two more people can sleep on the sofabed in the living room giving a total capacity of 4 people. Of course if you are 2 families or just like more space you can rent 2 or more of the apartments.<br /> <br /> There is a lovely garden to relax in with patio areas for barbecues with tables and chairs, grassy areas and flower beds as well as fruit trees - have some of the figs, pomegranates or lemons when they are ripe. Lazy evenings spent chatting in the garden with a bottle of local Greek wine and a Greek salad will remain in your memory long after your holiday ends.
