Diving: The area's waters, just off the house provide some of the most brilliantly colored marine life and coral anywhere in the Caribbean.

Ocean Frontiers is a world-class, full-service dive operation about 15 minutes from the Beach Plum. Parrot's Reef and Smith's Cove on the south sound are always a popular visitors stop.


Attractions: Queen Elizabeth's Botanic Park is approximately 4 miles from the house. It features a hiking trail on 40 acres of native woodlands that boast some of the most unusual and gorgeous flowers in the Caribbean.


Seven Mile Beach and George Town, the island's capital is about forty minutes away. Here you will find an infinite number of fine jewellery and gem shops as well as our National Art gallery and colonial era churches.


Nightlife: Nearby there are a few nice restaurants and lounges.. to the west the Rum Point wreck bar with music on Sat. afternoons+ water sports and not far from there the Kaibo, also a waterfront spot with burgers and beers during the day and in the evening,upstairs overlooking the ocean an outstanding restaurant. To the East is" Over-the Edge", a local restaurant serving lunch and dinner...further East is the Morritts Tortuga Club with live entertainment also on the beach.On the south shore about 12 minutes away is the Lighthouse restaurant a must befor you leave the island.
