This three level house has an all wood interior with wide pine plank floors. A sleeping loft acts as a second bedroom with window and skylight. The bathroom's sloping ceiling also includes a skylight over a claw footed tub sunk in Mexican paving tiles. North South Lake within half an hour, offers incredible hiking, spectacular views, swimming, boating and camping out. Other preserves along the Hudson are minutes away from the lake. There are two river restaurants and other restaurants in the village, a 24 hour market for groceries, two historic houses offering tours daily in summer and fall, and historic Hudson minutes away for antiques. For kids of all ages there are the Howe Caverns, a water park, drive in movie plus a picnic area in Sleepy Hollow Lake, with swings and seesaws for small children along with the two private pools on the lake.
