5 out of 5	The botanical gardens are beautiful, w/the fountains and the wind chimes the hammock and the swings, really Zen feel to it. Awesome! We rented this property for a week and had my daughters wedding there on this large beautiful Gazebo in the garden, it was elegant and beautiful. The house is very comfortable and a lot of attention to detail. I would say it sleeps 8 comfortably we only had five or 6 sleeping at one time but we could have had 8. The bedding and mattresses are of high quality and the place is clean and nicely decorated. OMG! I can not leave out the owners and how accommodating they were. Nick was fantastic! The garden is so large and has so many quiet little places you can actually seat about 35 people in lounge chairs and around various tables and swings and couches and have privacy. Amazing place! I travel all over the world and this place is off the chain! I would recommend this place to anyone. They would thank me forever! Boraggina - Jan 14, 2011
5 out of 5	Our family of 8 stayed two weeks in March 2010 and had the time of our lives. We'll be back again. The photos although nice do not do justice to this magical oasis on the beach. It is enchanting and the home is well furnished with every amenity. The owner has spared nothing in making this property into a dream vacation site. 5 out of 5	We celebrated our wedding vows at this enchanting island vacation rental. This private home is spectacular and our wedding and honeymoon were perfect there. The owners provided every possible assistance and the setting was second to none. The gardens are breathtaking and our guests enjoyed every minute. Everything lights up at night and with the many sitting areas it was as if we were at our own private resort. The beach is private and clean and calm. 5 out of 5	Our visit to the States was highlighted by our stay at this exclusive vacation destination. We are two families totaling 7 and spent two week at Disney and two weeks at this rental home. Although we enjoyed our entire visit our stay on Ft Myers Beach at this site was the highlight of our visit. The home is just beautiful. Well appointed with every amenity. Linen, beach chairs, umbrellas, grills, outdoor showers, jacuzzi etc. The home is very nicely furnished and neat and clean.The kichen was newly remodeled with all new appliances and very user friendly. Tv's for the children mounted in every bedroom. We can't say enough about the gardens. We thought Disney was nice but having your own private resort was a special treat. The island offered every imaginable activity for families. We rented a private boat to site see dolphins and manitees and went deep sea fishing, visited the everglades, the zoo and the Edison-Ford estates etc. There is shopping unlimited and you are very close to every attraction. The beach is a real find as we never saw more than a dozen people as far as the eye could see. The sands were white and there is much wildlife with nesting birds and turtles. This vacation site was a real find and we'll be back next year. 5 out of 5	We are a family of 6 with two adults and 4 children who spent the most delightful vacation at this seaside home which was more like a private resort. The home is very clean and the kitchen equipped with new appliances and every needed cooking tool as well as two island eating bars. The bedrooms are well furnished and have mattresses you can actually sleep well on. The view from every room was beautiful. The entire home is beautifully finished. The gardens are second to none and entirely lit at night with many locations to just sit and reflect, sun, or read a book in privacy and comfort. The jacuzzi under the stars was a special treat.The beach we had learned was rated the second nicest in the usa on the Travel Channel and it lived up to its reputation with white flour-like sand and much privacy. The owner was available for any need during our stay and helped with sites to see and rentals. We will be back just can't wait. 5 out of 5	For our 2 week holiday in Florida I found with 4 friends (all in our early 30ies) the perfect place in Fort Myers Beach. The home on the beach located on the ground floor with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms easily sleeps 2 couples and 4 extra people sharing one room. The kitchen is well equipped so you find everything you need for some decent cooking. Not to forget the state of the art washing machine and the clothes dryer. So don’t make the same mistake as we did and take too many clothes with you, especially as there are lots to shop! Upon arriving the home was very clean and all the linen for inside use already prepared. (Bring towels for the outside use!) The absolute highlight of this location is certainly the garden: in fact there are no words to describe it properly. In reality it’s much better than on the pictures, certainly as good as in any 5 star hotel. There is plenty of space to sit or lay around and hanging out in the Jacuzzi enjoying a drink overlooking the garden and the sea was just amazing. The beach itself is breathtaking with lots of shells to collect and according to travellers channel one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. When we were there (pretty much off season) in September, we seemed to have our private beach... The area of Fort Myers Beach has all you need within a short drive (Publix supermarket, CVS pharmacy). And within a 20 minute drive you get to some great outlet shopping malls (e.g. Miromar). There are many restaurants nearby, but with such a beautiful house and garden you don’t really want to go out for dinner... Your host Nick, who lives upstairs, is just great. He’s eager to make your stay as memorable as possible and helps you with lots of tips and tricks on where to go and what to do. But still he’s very discrete and not disturbing you at all. So overall: we really had the time of our life and we’re looking forward to get back to this piece of paradise on earth. 5 out of 5	The accommodations were wonderful. Very neat and clean and decorated like a home. The garden area was amazing and Nick continues to try to improve it. Our grandson loved just going out in the garden area and playing in the sand. We all loved walking on the white beaches and hunting for shells. Nick was a gratious host and always ready to answer questions or offer recommendations. There was much to do at Ft. Myers Beach and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here. 5 out of 5	This rental was simply amazing. The garden is truly one of a kind and no pictures will do it justice - you need to see it to believe it. Nick has pulled all the stops to make the house and garden an oasis. Our stay during Thanksgiving week couldn't have been better. Our kids spent many hours playing in the garden - laying in the hammock, swinging on the porch swing, chasing anoles. The house was spotless, and stocked with everything we needed. When we weren't in the garden, we were having fun at the beach - which to us seemed like our own private white sandy beach. There was seldom anyone in site. Great shelling - no need to go to Captiva or Sanibel. Nick was an excellent host. Highly recommended.
