This is Penthouse 20 at Pinnacle Port and is beachfront. Pinnacle Port is oldest resort on the west end of Panama City Beach and Bay County; but you might not realize this if someone did not tell you. This resort sits on approximately 20 acres and is surrounded by the Village of Carrilon, the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, Lake Powell, a fresh water lake of more than 800 acres with boat docks and launch and good fishing (a Florida fishing license is required) and joins Florida State Park, Camp Helen. There are two swimming pools; one indoor-outdoor and is heated in cooler months an outdoor pool near the tennis courts. There are 4 tennis courts, lighted in case you cannot squeeze in the tennis during the day. Back inside the condo is a foyer as you enter with the stairs on your left leading to the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a half bath on the first floor. In the living room is 3 comforable chairs and an equally comfortable queen size sleep sofa. The Living room is tastefully decorated to include a beautiful Don Hatfield Print. For your enjoyment is a 40" Sony flat screen HD TV. On the private living room balcony is a table and comfortable chairs plus a chaise lounge where it is really easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Other amenities include childrens playground, exercise room, sauna, wi-fi in this unit plus in in the common area known as area 5 near the exercise room. I would be amiss if I did not mention you can open windows on the beachside at night and just listen to the surf. Just minutes away is fine dining, shopping and more to see and do.

Area Description: If the Gulf of Mexico were an ocean this beautiful Penthouse would be oceanfront. This is perhaps the quietest part of Panama City Beach easily accessible with 2 supermarkets Publix and Winn-Dixie approximately 1/2 mile away and a nice restaurant, Bayou Bill's near the Winn-Dixie. There is lots of golf courses within 15 minutes to include the Sharkstooth, designed gy Greg Norman that is maybe 1 mile away, and I do not know if it is open to the public at this time. the communities of Seaside, Watercolor and others are just minutes away and Destin and San Destin (good shopping) just on down the road.
