We have been property owners in Punta de Mita for more than 10 years now. We own a lot in the village of Emiliano Zepata, where we have recently purchased this condominium. When we moved to this area, we loved the small village atmosphere, the simple pace of life, the smiling faces of the local people, and the beautiful beaches within walking distance. As time has marched on, the village has grown, the people are still beautiful, but the beach has become less accessible. Recently we made a decision to stop fighting the development and purchase our piece of beach frontage. We want to share it with you! This condominium is located in a brand new project (completed in October of 2006). It has seven floors of beachfront units. Our one bedroom unit is located on the 3rd floor above pool level, which is also street level when arriving (either by car or taxi). So, we can walk out the front gate and still enjoy the village life we love so much, but we can also take the elevator (or the stairs) down two floors and enjoy the beach front, 80 foot long pool, or go though the secure gates leading to the beach itself.
