Surrounded by water, our St Thomas Square Resort condo has the most coveted location in the area. We are nestled between the glimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Grand Lagoon offering immediate access to everything each has to offer. Relax on the sugar-white sandy beaches, go deep sea fishing, or experience the daytime fun and nighttime excitement of Panama City Beach's Pier Park and St Andrews State Park & Historic District.
Our family oriented complex is on the Grand Lagoon, situated between it and the Gulf, with direct access by boat or jet ski to Capt. Anderson's Marina and Restaurant, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, and the deeper waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Bring or rent your boat, skis, and wave runner. Enjoy use of our free private boat dock and slip during your stay. Additional parking with washdown station for your trailer, RV and toys is provided. The resort contains a Mexican Restaurant, Winery, and several specialty shops right on the premises.
Our Panama City Beach, Fl condominium is tastefully decorated with a large private master bedroom and comfy queen bed, TV/DVD, High Speed Internet, walk-in closet, and adjoining clean, spacious bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, and stocked with everything you need and then some with two pantries, one with washer and dryer. The dining area seats four with room for three more at the bar. The living area has a new queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, AM/FM/Stereo/CD, TV/DVD, and video/book library. You'll delight in the large balcony with bistro table for two and gliding rocker. We supply a one time setup of tissue, soap, dishwasher det., paper towels, and trashbags. All linens provided.
We have a resort style pool with sauna, restrooms and shower, covered barbeque grill area, and lighted tennis courts.
With each rental, we provide beach chairs and free discount tickets to most Panama City Beach area attractions to include amusement/arcade parks, boat/wave runner/scooter rentals, boat tours, charter fishing, parasailing, helicopter rides, etc..
Our condo is centrally located on Thomas Drive and just across the street from what many call "the world's most beautiful beaches". Once you're here, park the car and forget it. No need to drive anywhere! We are approx. 50 yards from the sugar-white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and conveniently located to the finest dining, entertainment, golfing, etc. that Panama City Beach has to offer!

We rent by the day or week. Daily rentals from $60-$85/nt. Weekly from $360-$510. Monthly condo rentals from October- March $700/month

We are located on the Grand Lagoon just across the street from the beach. We are one of only a handful of Panama City Beach resorts offering its guests free boat docks, slips, parking, and direct Gulf access by boat. We are the ONLY resort in the area whose location boasts the above amenities while remaining within steps of the beach! The Grand Lagoon National Fishing Tournament is held in August of each year.

Cancellation Policy
Short-term rentals require $150 security deposit to reserve dates. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival result in all rental fees and security deposit refunded less $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival result in full refund of any rental fees paid but forfeit entire secutity deposit.
Long-term/winter rentals require $200 security deposit to reserve dates. A 60 day cancellation notice will result in rental fees and deposit refund less $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit entire security deposit.
