Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, the Galveston historic Strand district are all easy to get to.
Enjoy one of the best shelling secrets at the Jamaica Beach beach. Known for sharks teeth, the beach area is no more than a 3 minute drive and offers some great surf fishing, also.
