Fantastic house on the banks of river Jacuípe and very close to the beautiful Barra do Jacuípe beach, just north of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.This ECO-friendly fully furnished and equipped house has 4 suites, bar and living room area, kitchen, pantry, verandah, large swimming pool and deck, garden and kiosk with barbecue.
The gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a lovely river beach. The beautiful beach of Barra do Jacuípe is 20 minutes walk, 2 minutes by car and 5 minutes by bike.

* Mosquito screens on windows and balcony doors of the 3 upstairs bedrooms.

* Extremely efficient solar-powered hot water in all bathrooms, showers and sinks except the social bathroom sink which only has cold water for hand washing.

Cancellation Policy
Terms Conditions:
A booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remainder 75% of the total amount to be paid in cash at arrival when the contract is signed.
We use a standard contract for each booking and provide a full inventory for the property which is checked at the start and end of the stay. A security deposit of US1,000 or equivalent in other agreed currency will be taken in addition to rental rate. This security deposit will be refunded in full assuming no damage is caused. Any broken or damaged items will be deducted from this deposit.
In case of cancellation the booking deposit of 25 will not be returned The balance will be reimbursed less transfer expenses
