All 3 have en-suite bathrooms. There are a further 2 twin rooms, one of these 'Nemo'themed for kids. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.<br /> There is a'Den' area with a 50"Plasma sceen and many DVD's to watch.<br /> <br /> Downstairs in the family room there is a comfy sofa bed to sleeep a further 2 people.<br /> The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may require. There is a formal dining area for those special meals and a further seating area with yet more sofas!<br /> <br /> The villa has a large games room with full size pool table,fusball,electronic darts and electronic air hockey.The villa also has a PS2 and an Xbox for your use.<br /> <br /> Outside the extended south facing pool and spa are very private. Because of the cul de sac location you cannot see the neighbours.At night the pool has coloured fibre optic lights to enjoy a moonlight swim.<br /> Only minutes to walmart and other supermarkets.
