The living/dining room is well appointed <br /> with TV/DVD and cd player. Dining table etc.The kitchen has a <br /> marvelous 5 burner gas range with an electric/convection oven, <br /> microvave and 2 dishwashers, a huge fridge and plenty of gadgets. <br /> All <br /> rooms have ceiling fans and air <br /> conditioning. Two main terraces, one one the ocean side and one in a <br /> sheltered walled garden service the main house, both seat at least <br /> 14.The loggia terrace features a gorgeous brand new "outdoor <br /> kitchen" with 1 ss gas grill and another ss charcoal grill.<br /> Adjoining the main house is a charming room with 2 single beds and <br /> bath.<br /> Just beside the main house is a guest cottage. This colorful house <br /> has 2 single beds in the bedroom plus a kitchen/sitting room and <br /> full <br /> bath.The sitting room also has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a <br /> stove, microwave, fridge,and dishwasher. A covered front porch and a <br /> sunterrace compliment this home.The laundry room is also found in <br /> this building.<br /> A short walk from the main house is Kari's Cottage. This cottage is <br /> high on a hill with lovely ocean views.Kari's Cottage has a king <br /> bed, full bath and <br /> sitting <br /> room with a kitchenette containing stove, microwave, fridge and <br /> sink. The front porch is covered and beside it is a sun terrace with <br /> seating for dining and chaise lounges for sunbathing.<br /> Nestled in the east lawn between the house and the ocean is the 25 x <br /> 50<br /> freshwater pool. The pool has a built in seat so one can enjoy a <br /> cocktail will relaxing in the cool water. This area is quite <br /> secluded <br /> and has a lanai with a full wet bar and fridge,including dining <br /> tables,pool and beach chairs, umbrellas and lounges.<br /> About 150 yards down a path is the ocean. It is gorgeous and the <br /> beach stretches for miles, and is nearly always totally empty.This <br /> area has only large estates along the beach, insuring maximum <br /> privacy.
