Cancellation Policy
There will be a $100 administration fee for all cancellations. If you pay the deposit or payment via credit card, there will be a 3% charge to cover credit card fees charged to us. (This includes both the debit and credit.)
If you cancel prior to 90 days before the arrival date, you will receive a refund of the deposit less the fees. If you cancel within the 90-day time frame, you will receive a refund if the property is reserved (less the fee).
There is a $25 charge for returned checks.
