Casa Lilla Umbria Vacation rental and B&B <br /><br />Casa Lilla is a beautiful 19th century town villa in Acquasparta, a small Umbrian hill town very close to Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto, etc. It is a comfortable, relaxing & enjoyable accommodation for the discerning tourist.<br /> <br /> The ground floor apartment has its own entrance off the garden and patio and is 97 sq. meters (1044 sq. feet). There are 2 large bedrooms both with beautiful en-suit bathrooms. Every room has digital satellite TV, DVD player, alarm clock radio, hairdryer, individually controlled central heating and all our rooms have new en-suite bathrooms fully tiled and each with double size power showers.<br /> <br /> The living room has a wood burning stove and we provide a large library of books, DVD movies, cards and board games, we also have wireless ADSL internet access throughout the apartment. The private garden and patio are accessed from the living room.<br /> <br /> One of our main objectives while renovating Casa Lillà was to respect the architectural period of the house and we have kept and restored all the original fittings (where possible) and brought this wonderful old house back to life. The apartment bedrooms on the ground have the original wooden beamed ceilings, and all the doors and windows are original and have been restored.
