Welcome to a great vacation! You'll enjoy your stay in the Chalet at Sawyer Creek. Drive up an easy mountain and you're home. Entering the great room, you'll find a lovely stone fireplace, nice furnishings with mountain decor, and a view of the mountains right outside your door. Walk out on the deck and you'll feel like you're in a treehouse. The elevated, wrap-around deck has a Weber grill, hammock, picnic table, lounge area, and bird habitat. Watch the antics of the squirrels and birds, enjoy the view, or kick back and relax with a good book.
There are two bedrooms. The loft bedroom has a king size bed, full bath, walk-in closet, and a reading nook. Downstairs are twin beds and another full bathroom across the hall. If you need to sleep anyone else, the cabin has a cot and blow up bed.
Going out to a nice restaurant is fun while on vacation, but should you decide to cook at home, there's an upscale kitchen with everything you'll need - we even have a waffle iron! Try my mountain waffle recipe while having a morning cup of coffee on the deck. The scenery and privacy are awesome! This is much better than any motel!
One really great thing about Chalet at Sawyer Creek is its location. If you want to be where there are lots of things to do, this is the place. If you want to be in the middle of a ton of tourists head on over to Gatlinburg! Chalet at Sawyer Creek brings you what most people come to the mountains for...hiking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, beautiful vistas, nature at its best, and a sense of peace!
Lots of folks come back every year.
The owners make every attempt to make your vacation special. There's even a book of suggestions and maps in the cabin to help you plan your holiday.
