The second bedroom has two full-size beds and it's own full bathroom and includes a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave(can be used as a lock-off if so desired with it's own entrance). Condo includes a fully furnished kitchen. Also includes all linens and towels. Two TV's with DVD players and cable TV are available. Unit also has full-size washer and dryer. The walkout patio off the back on the first fairway of the Country Club Golf Course is a great place for the morning coffee while watching the golfers go by, or a relaxing place in the evening to watch the deer enjoy the golf course.<br /> <br /> Renters will get unlimited golf at the country club (contact the proshop for current green fees) and can eat at the country club restaurants. The Country Club is undergoing a change in ownership, so some rules and regulations are changing.
