The plot of land measures 1.500 m2 and is 6 km. away from the city centre and the beaches of Lloret de Mar. The dwelling is placed in a peaceful area with excellent views, 350 m. above the sea level.* Ground floor: composed of 5 double rooms, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room and a kitchen equipped with (2 fridges, 2 stoves with 4 burners each, an oven, a microware, a toaster, a washing machine, a dishwasher, several cooking tools, an ironing board and an iron).
* Second floor: composed of 4 double rooms (one of the rooms has a little toilet inside), 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, a living room equipped with TV and two covered terraces.

* If cancellation is made within less than 30 days of the arrival date, the 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
