Both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom have access to a very large private Balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. The SandDollar Condo is a Family oriented, not a party building.FREE WI-FI CONNECTION.
WEEKLY RENTALS: SATURDAY to SATURDAY. 7 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD.

Rental Rates for this Daytona Beach Vacation Condo
WEEKLY RENTAL RATES from $835 to $1,435, depending on your Vacation Dates. Special Events are higher. A $65 CLEANING FEE plus 12.5% FLORIDA TAX will be added to all Rental Rates.

$200 per Week BOOKING FEE is required to hold your Vacation dates. The Booking Fee is becomes part of the Rental cost. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates.
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 6
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Cleaning fee: $65
- Lodging Tax: 12.50%
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: 10% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 10% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Occupancy Date. A 20% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy, unless the Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
