Where beautiful lakes are plentiful, Deerfield Resort is situated on the most beautiful of all - Norris Lake. Norris Lake is the largest of the TVA lakes with over 800 miles of shoreline and a surface area of 34,000 acres. The beauty of the resort is a blend of the mountains and lake in a woodland setting. 
 
With over 1000 acres, Deerfield's gated community amenities include Championship 18 Hole Golf Course, 3200 Ft. paved private airstrip, marinas, carry-out store, restaurant and tiki bar, trailer storage areas, swimming pools, childrens playground, tennis courts and sand volleyball. Conference room, business room, and party rooms available. 
 
DEERFIELD RESORT began their rental program as the resort was being developed. It is one of the first and largest on Norris Lake. We pride ourselves in first class homes and condos for your vacation rental. All homes and condos are privately owned and offer all amenities essential for a memorable vacation. All units have central heating and air conditioning, television and VCR's, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, outdoor grills anad privacy decks. Many units offer whirlpool baths, hot tubs, fireplaces, pool and game tables, DVD players, Stereo systems and game stations. All lakefront homes and lakefront condos have floating docks. Most of our lakefront homes offer covered docks.
