Cancellation Policy
A deposit of £100 / $150 is required for each week or part thereof reserved. This deposit forms part of the total cost and is not refundable or transferable. The total remaining balance of the cost of your reservation, to include £150 / $200 security deposit will become due 56 days before your arrival date. For reservations made less than 56 days of your arrival date the full hiring charge to include all deposits becomes due immediately. Failure to pay any requested deposit or any remaining balances when due will entitle us to cancel your reservation.
