It is a beautiful, upscale, premier resort.<br /> <br /> There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24 hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approx 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, parsailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc. <br /> <br /> Over 110 private acres and more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds. Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance. <br /> <br /> This golf course villa is a newly re-decorated two bedroom, two bathroom, villa (1,250 Sq Ft) that sits on the nine hole golf course.
