These top quality spacious privately owned and rented villas are set in an award winning landscaped tropical village setting, and are the ideal location to have a superb holiday, whether you wish to wind down after Disney or use them as a base for exploring the fantastic Gulf Coast area of Florida.There is everything you need on location and its surrounding area facilities.

The villas have just been repainted and look great, more photos upon request.
They have automatic garage doors, so you can drive into and out of the villas without getting out of your car.
There are two bedrooms, the master having a queen bed, TV, walk in dressing room/wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai / sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.
The living room has new furniture and floor coverings, also the high vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. Large flat screen TV and DVD player, IPOD dock.
Central atrium for natural light in the living area's.
Free hi speed WIFI internet and free local calls. Fully air conditioned.
In total there are 3 eating areas and the kitchen is top quality with all the appliances needed to give you the choice of making this your home from home.
The villas are set in quiet cul de sacs, and have just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site.
The large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sundecks are top quality. The clubhouse is great for meeting new people or just sitting in the library, and enjoying the peace and quiet.

Hello Eddie, well were back home and Sarasota seems like a million miles away, just wanted to say thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely home, it was very comfortable, and had everything we could have wanted, the pool, hot tub and surrounding area was great. lovely and clean at all times. I think we will be back in the future, Sarasota was just what we needed after Orlando and it is a very beautiful part of the world.
