At the end of the hall is the down stairs cloak room and beyond is the open planned kitchen, breakfast room and family room. The breakfast room has seating for 4 around the round table overlooking the private pool and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave. <br /> <br /> The large family room with its double heighted ceiling, which is overlooked from the sky bridge, has 2 leather sofas, matching coffee table and side tables, a 42 Inch Plasma HD Cable TV, DVD player with divx and cd stereo. <br /> <br /> The garage houses the games room with pool table, air-hockey table, darts board, and wall mounted cable TV. There is also a Beer/Wine fridge which is very popular with our male guests!!!<br /> Within a self-contained unit within the garage you will find the full size washing machine and dryer. Orlando Villa Magic is our beautiful luxury 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom vacation villa. This is a detached double storey, which can accomodate 2-12 people comfortably. Highgate Park is located just 10 minutes from Disney.

LIVING AREA

Double entry doors lead into the foyer; on the right is the formal lounge, with double leather sofa bed and dining room. At the end of the hall is the down stairs cloak room and beyond is the open planned kitchen, breakfast room and family room. The breakfast room has seating for 4 around the round table overlooking the private pool and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave.

The large family room with its double heighted ceiling, which is overlooked from the sky bridge, has 2 leather sofas, matching coffee table and side tables, a 42 Inch Plasma HD Cable TV, DVD player with divx and cd stereo.
