There are several nature trails and of course our famous Spit, which is a natural land bridge that juts out several miles into the bay. Great place to walk the beach and explore tidal pools. There are bear viewing tours, glacier tours, water taxis, ferry trips, dog mushing, horseback riding, etc. There is much to see and do in our special "Cosmic Hamlet by the Sea".
