This Sun City Grand home includes a fully equiped kitchen with all appliances. Indoor laundry includes washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and vaccum. Great room has a 54" HDTV with surround sound, DVD player, CD player, sterio and basic cable. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a tv, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. All pillows bedding and linens are included. Den has a compuyer desk with internet access plus we have a queen euro bed that can be used in the den for exta company. Back patio has a gas grill, gas fire pit, 6 pc. patio set with umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. Front courtyard has a bistro table/chairs.
