The Hale Makai features a remodeled kitchen & bath with granite counter tops, full size stainless steel stove/range, built-in microwave, full size refrigerator, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. There is also a laundry room located directly in the home with private coin-op washer & dryer. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys direct ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room in addition to a dining area with teak dining table and seating for six. The master bedroom has wrap-around ocean views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. All areas of the home have ceiling fans, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful cool ocean breezes year around.
