Our building is called "The Sunset Building" and will give you the opportunity to witness some of the most memorable sunset that Panama City Beach has to offer. Hidden Treasure II, our new acquisition, with over 1100 square foot gulf front condo, was completely renovated in October of 2010, and decorated in a classic coastal style with beautiful custom furniture. This spotless, elegant and tranquil unit can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably and has everything needed for the perfect vacation. The master bedroom fit for a king with its Euro-top luxurious king size bed is a suite in itself: private access to the large balcony, own bathroom with a tub/shower combination and hair dryer, 32 inch LCD TV as well as a large walk-in closet. The refreshing guests' bedroom furnished with 2 comfortable full size bed is equipped with a 26 inch LCD TV as well as a large closet. The living area is an open floor and has an INCREDIBLE view of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico with its private entrance to the balcony. The cute and colorful kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect meal with all its new appliances and dishes. The living area has a 42 inch plasma TV and Blue-ray/internet DVD player for the rainy days as well as a queen size sofa bed.
Have kids? We keep beach toys, floats, board games...in teh unit at all time? Like to play sport? We keep tennis racquett, volleyball and basketball in the condo for your conmvenience. The Dunes of Panama offer the best of both world with its 3 pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board as well as its snack shop. It is the perfect family getaway! We will even mail you a welcome package to ease your visit with us.

Cancellation Policy
IF you must cancel or shorten your stay, it MUST be done as follows: 30 days notice for monthly and weekly stay; 3 weeks prior for nightly stays. Failure to abide by this rule will result in cancellation charge of the first night plus taxes. In case of extenuating circumstances, physical proof, such as death certificate; hospital bill etc…will be required to get cancellation funds refunded. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUT- NO EXCEPTION. A cancellation processing fee of $50 is deducted on ALL reservations. If a hurricane strikes the area and mandatory evacuation is required, the rate will be pro-rated during the time the unit is inhabited for weekly and daily renters only (does not apply to monthly rental).
