A fabulous winter/summer resort town! Our Ranch is within 11 miles of Holiday Valley, Holimont, and Kissing Bridge for downhill skiing or golf. Ellicottville is a charming town just 49 miles south of Buffalo, New York, offering boutique shopping, fine dining and cultural festivities.Our Cottages are available for Winter lease right here on our own working HORSE RANCH Nov 1st thru April 1st. Our B&B is available year round as well as the Horseback Riding.
Our 66 acre Ranch is surrounded by a creek in it's own private valley with plowed roads 3 x daily. Ice Skating, snowmobiling trails, cross country skiing, horseback riding and a sled hill can be enjoyed right out your front door... as well as... awesome fishing, hunting, and wildlife viewing, and mountain biking. We also feature a live-in caretaker, and an on-call housekeeper/laundress/cook or chaufeur, plus our own private fishing guide.

We are just 11 miles from Holiday Valley Ski Resort in Ellicottville, 55 miles from Niagara Falls, 40 miles from Letchworth Park, Rock City, Allegany State Park and Kensu Dam. A large Casino is within 15 minutes as well as Amish Shopping, Giffith Sclupture Park, 3 Ski Resorts, 7 Golf Courses, 3 State Parks and Forrests.

Bed & Breakfast $47.50/ea
Horse Lover $95/ea (B&B + all riding and lessons)
Horseback Riding $30/hr/ea
Horse Camp $650 (5-night all inclusive stay + moonlight ride and all day ride)
