One of the best features of the home is a large glassed-in carpeted sun porch with a full view of the water which has a comfortable living room atmosphere including a 4 person dinette table (perfect for cards & board games). The master suite has a king sized bed with a walk-in closet and full bath. The master suite with a view of the water has a set of sliding doors which lead out to the large sun porch. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom can be used as an office or a guest bedroom as it has a new queen futon. The home's interior is newly painted, with new flooring and lovely decorator touches added. It has a separate laundry room with a washer & drier and a 2 car garage. Just outside the front door and a short walk away is the 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a pool & spa, activities room, fully equipped fitness center, billiard room, library, tennis courts, long fishing pier, boat launch, shuffleboard and horseshoe pit.
