Just beyond is the kitchen, laundry area, half bath and sunroom.<br /> <br /> KITCHEN:<br /> The classy gourmet kitchen has tile counters, an island prep area with eating bar and bar stools for lookers-on, wood flooring and new appliances including a gas range/oven.
