Even if you don't plan to visit Disney, we are confident that we have unrivaled amenities. After viewing many luxury villas around the Disney area, we finally chose this one because it offered so much more in terms of location, space, layout, privacy, the beautiful outlook of the pool/spa area. The location right beside the Clubhouse, where all of the amenities are free to our guests, made this the top choice. <br /> <br /> This is not just a rental home - it is our second home. We have upgraded all the beds and mattresses to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. The luxury soft furnishings have been selected to provide the villa with a sense of class. The front living room also features a more formal dining area which seats eight.<br /> <br /> The staircase separates the front and rear living areas and is accessible from either side. On passing the staircase the rear of the property opens up revealing the open plan tiled kitchen which is kitted out with all of the pots, pans and utensils you will require for at home cooking. As you would expect from a luxury villa we have a large fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, toaster, blender, kettle, dish washer to name but a few items.<br /> <br /> Beyond the kitchen is the tiled eating area with a table and 6 chairs. This leads to the main family room where you can watch cable TV on one of the villas 7 TVs. The family room also has a DVD/VHS player. <br /> <br /> The family room opens out through the patio doors on to the very private pool deck. There is a conservation area behind, only one villa to the left hand side and the Clubhouse to the other, giving us tremendous privacy as well as a beautiful outlook. The pool and spa may be heated if requested. The pool deck features 4 padded loungers a table and 6 chairs.<br /> <br /> Also leading to the pool area are the patio doors from our master bedroom. The 16'x14' room is incredibly spacious and houses our king size bed. Between all of the furniture and the walk in closet you will have a job to fill even a fraction of the storage area. The bedroom is complimented by the beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and large wall mirrors, the Jacuzzi corner bath, separate large shower, separate toilet cubicle. Bathroom scales and a hairdryer have been provided. As with each of our bathrooms, there are ample towels.<br /> <br /> In the center of the downstairs is the second bathroom with a large corner shower cubicle WC, sink unit and mirror.<br /> <br /> Beside this bathroom is our downstairs queen bedroom with closet, furniture, cable TV, DVD and radio. The bathroom outside can almost act as an ensuite.<br /> <br /> Also off this corridor is the entrance to the laundry room which houses our large washing machine and tumble trier. We have provided an iron, ironing board, laundry basket and various brushes, mops and a vacuum cleaner.<br /> <br /> This utility room leads to the double garage which has been kitted out with a pool table, air hockey table, a basketball game and an electronic dart board.<br /> <br /> At the top of the stairs we have a mini kitchen which is useful when two families are staying. There is a sink, and kitchen cupboards as well as a fridge.
