There are beds to sleep up to 10 people without the use of an uncomfortable hide-a-bed sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedrooms have multiple single beds and the family room has a queen size murphy bed. The house offers a large eat-in kitchen with two tables to comfortably seat 10 people. Appliances include: microwave, range top oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and full size washer/dryer. The large family room (20x20) has a satellite TV, DVD, and VCR player. We have an entire closet of movies and games to choose from should you have a rainy day and there is a ping pong table in the garage. When you need some quiet time, there’s even a large living room with comfortable furniture for reading, conversation or napping.<br /> <br /> Outdoors you will find plenty of space to relax in the screened porch, lakeside covered porch with barbeque and patio furniture and a front porch area. 5 out of 5	I suprised my boys with a suprise weekend fishing trip to Lake Hartwell. The rental has a really nice dock for securing your boat and provides easy access to the main lake though our best fishing was in the cove by the house. The kitchen and grill allowed us to fix some great meals at the end of each day before retiring to the back yard where we used the fire pit to roast marsh mellows. 5 out of 5	This was an excellent home for a long week at a beautiful lake. The views were just amazing to watch the sunset. The home is very bright and colorful. 5 out of 5	We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the spacious Island Point Escape lake house for our summer vacation. We are outdoorsy people who enjoy watching wildlife but because of our age, need a comfortable and accessible setting. The lake house has a front porch, a back patio, and a screened-in sun porch all with views of the pine tree forests, lake, and sunsets. If you are more adventurous, there is a pathway from the house down to the wooden dock complete with a tire swing, a hammock, a picnic table, and a porch swing. The dock has bench seating and an easy to use ladder which makes swimming and fishing a blast! The layout of the cabin includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a furnished kitchen and a large entertainment room equipped with a Murphy bed, television set, board games, and a washer and dryer.
