Description - Kihei Vacation Condo Rental - 1 bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 4 people, beach, waterfront
The Luana Kai is spread spaciously on the beach between S. Kihei Road and the Pacific Ocean. This four building oceanfront condo is beautifully landscaped with flowering trees local tropical plants and gardens.The pool and hot tub are surrounded by 5 gas barbeques allowing you to dine while enjoying the spectacular sunsets and quiet tropical breezes. During whale season, December through April, humpback whales are often seen breaching in the ocean waters along the Waipuilani beach park at the Luana Kai.
Our garden front unit is a deluxe one bedroom condo with ocean views located on the second floor. Included with the unit is a full kitchen, full size washer & dryer, one bedroom with queen size bed and an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for sleeping accommodations for 2 to 4.
The Luana Kai Amenities include: Pool and hot tub, facing the Pacific Ocean with a full kitchen and 5 gas barbecue's and tables. There is also a Sauna, Tennis courts, Putting Green, and Shuffleboard.

Area Description: Kihei, Maui's magnificent south west shore rises between pristine Pacific Ocean beaches and the green slopes of the Haleakala crater some 10,100 feet above. Kihei is a convenient location to all areas of Maui and is less then 10 miles from the international airport yet you can enjoy it's sleepy beaches and spectacular sunsets. Kihei, is also one of the sunniest, and driest parts of the Hawaiian Islands and only averages less then 12" of rain annually. This compared to the Eastern side of Maui which receives 90" of rain and the mountain region may reach 300".

Cancellation Policy
1. A $200 deposit is necessary to hold your reservation and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.
2. Reservations are not confirmed until we receive your check.
3. Check in time is after 3 PM and check out time is by 10 AM.
4. Your deposit is 100% refundable if we receive your cancellation 45 days prior to your arrival.
5. We accept bank checks, personal checks and money orders paid in US dollars.
6. You and your guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Luana Kai Condo association, they are posted at the pool and inside the unit.
7. We will supply you with a parking permit allowing you to park at the Luana Kai.
