It has an expansive wet bar and food prep area on the lower level as well as many other group oriented amenities.<br /> <br /> This rental is not geared toward a large number of people but ideally for a group of 12 or less. There are 3 King bedrooms and one double bedroom with two full-size beds, and then an attached apartment with a queen bed and a full day bed. All bedrooms have en-suite Bathrooms with separate water closets and oversized showers. Three bedrooms have separate soaking tubs. If desired, accommodations can be made for up to four additional people in the Fitness Room that can double as a bunk room using rollaway beds; this area enjoys an immediately adjacent spa with 4-person steam shower and 4-person sauna plus en suite bathroom. So the home can sleep a maximum of 12 in beds currently.<br /> <br /> The lower level has a ceiling height of over 11 feet with three walkouts to patio areas with fireplaces indoors and outdoors.
