When you stay in our newly constructed (2005) modern and luxurious two-story beach home, you will be within steps of beautiful Mission Beach and Mission Bay. Entering from the large private patio on the ground floor, you enter the bright and airy first level which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. French doors open to the patio to blend the indoors with the outdoors. Amenities include flat screen TV with surround sound and digital cable, DVD / CD, DSL, fireplace, GE Profile stainless appliances, granite counter tops, travertine floors, washer and dryer in the tandem garage. Built-in gas BBQ located on the patio. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Queen beds in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Kids' bedroom has bunk bed - twin on top, full below plus a twin trundle. Ideal for up to 4 adults and 3-4 children. Bathrooms include rain showers; the master bath has jacuzzi tub and two sinks.
