Description - Nr Sanur Vacation Villa Rental - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 8 people, beach
A stunning modern beach front property, with views out to sea and inland. The property has mature gardens and gated access to the local beach. The area is very secluded and unspoilt, with views of Mount Agung, Nusa Penida and Lombok. The house is part of small development of very high end properties, owned mainly by expats.All rooms are comfortably arranged and all are of a generous size (3 have large en-suit bathrooms). The master bedroom also has a large four-poster bed with nets, so you can open the doors at night and sleep with the sound of the ocean. We even have 2 extra mattresses to accommodate extra children. Entertainment should not be an issue, as the pool is safe for children of all ages and the garden is large enough for most fun activities (plus Disney and Cartoon Network, as well as numerous adult and children’s DVDs).
The dining area seats 8 comfortably and the large stove/oven/hob is big enough to cook sizeable meals.

Area Description: The nearest town, Sanur, is only 15 minutes away by car and offers great food, shopping and drinking. Also nearby is the famous cultural village of Ubud, which offers numerous opportunities to buy art and handicrafts. Other areas of interest are the dive sites in the east (including Padang Bai, Amed and Talamben) and other cultural centres such as Mas and Sukawati. Across the road is also the largest Marine and Safari park in Indonesia, which has just recently opened. Great for kids and adults alike.
For the more adventurous, there are activities such as Rafting, Jungle Trekking and Mountain Biking. Again, this area is well placed to access these activities. Walking along the beach is also relaxing and meeting the local villagers is also pleasant. The ex-President of Indonesia also has a villa up the beach from our house, so the attraction of the region is obvious.

Next door to the Bali Safari and Marine Park, the largest Safari park in Indonesia. Padang Bai is also approx. 20 minutes away by car and is one of the safest and nicest beaches in the area. Snorkelling just 50m from the beach you come accross whole communities of clown fish and anenomies and you can stand up, so it's very safe. The beach is very unspoilt and the local restuarants are very cheap and never busy.
