The master bedroom has a TV and DVD. The main level has an open design with a large kitchen, family room, and living room.<br /> <br /> There is a formal dining room that seats 10 while the kitchen area seats another six people. The kitchen is well equipped to entertain for a crowd with a wine cooler, double oven, gas range, granite island and is open to the family room.<br /> <br /> The cozy family room has a large stone fireplace and views to the river and an HDTV TV and sound system. The deck has outdoor table and chairs for summer dining and a gas grill. Laundry facilities are available on the main level as well as a two car heated garage.<br /> <br /> The upper level of the house sleeps eight people with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (two queen and two twins). One of the twins can be made up into a King bed. Each of the rooms is decorated with quality linens and furniture and all have new mattresses. The queen bedrooms have excellent views of the river and wooded area behind the house.<br /> <br /> The lower level is the place for kids and young at heart to hang out. It is a huge area with a full bathroom, a pool table, large sectional sleeper sofa and TV as well as a separate media room with large screen TV and sound system. We provide several inflatable mattresses for additional sleeping on lower level. You can walk out to the back yard and private hot tub from the lower level. The backyard slopes down towards the river where we have a fire pit and Adirondack chairs.<br /> <br /> The house is also equipped with wireless high speed internet - bring your own computer.
