Cancellation Policy
A 25% payment of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation. The balance of the rental fee, 11.5 % Florida Renter Tax, as well as a refundable $400.00 security deposit is required no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date. All details can be discussed with our property manager Gemme.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Absolutely no pets allowed. No smoking allowed in the condo. No more than 4 occupants overnight in the condo.
Cancellation less than 91 days prior to your arrival date but more than 61 days prior will result in loss of your deposit. There are no cancellations accepted after the 31 st day prior to your arrival; all monies are forfeited.

This condo is located in the serene neighborhood of Midnight Cove II. We offer private beach access to beautiful Siesta Key beach. We offer beach gear for you to use when you walk to the beach, which is literally minutes away. Points of Rocks is a short stroll down the beach and there you can snorkel or look for many, amazing small shells! This is a favorite place to go to see interesting things that accumulate on the beach. You will be amazed at the selection of shells, birds and other oddities you will find there. Don ‘t miss this!
Our tidy kitchen is extremely well-equipped and overlooks the great room and dining area. The Great Room has leather furniture with two reclining chairs and a buttery soft leather sofa with reclining ends, very comfortable!!! The marina has interesting wildlife: ducks, birds, turtles, and small fish. When you return from the beach you can enjoy the view from the pool deck, relax under shady umbrellas or sun yourself on the sundeck.
