Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund for advance rent payments, we require a sixty (60) day notice of cancellation. Should you cancel between the 60 day and 14 day period prior to arrival, you have the option of re-booking your reservation for the same amount of time. If you choose not to re-book, you will receive a refund only if the home is re-rented for the same period of time. If a balance is due two weeks prior to check in your credit card will be charged the balance exactly two weeks from your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within two weeks prior to your arrival, you will not have the option of re-booking and a refund will be given if the home is re-rented for the same time period. All cancellations will be subject to a $40.00 administrative fee.
