Beautiful beachfront house is situated by a white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset views, 9.0 km away from Chicxulub, in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 35 min, 25 miles, north of the capital city of Merida. The 3 bedroom, 4 bathrooms make this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or family, sleeping 8 people very comfortably. It is also ideal for couples looking for privacy. The extremely private beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special events or just for relaxing. It has a large terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. There is a beachfront swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one two twin- size beds. In addition all rooms have AC equipment and hammock hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta.
