You can walk to the beach or relax in your own semi private pool, which is shared by only seven other houses. There are views of the alluring Gulf of Mexico from the second story balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine overlooking the emerald green waters.
This recently built beach house is beautifully finished and decorated. It has two bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The private bedrooms do not share a common wall. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, private bath and French doors opening to the second floor balcony with a view of the gulf. There is also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room making the full bath on the first floor ideal for a large family or three couples to share.
