The house features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and nearly the entire main floor is common area. It is a very family-friendly home and has all of the "bells and whistles" you need for a great getaway. Ample offstreet parking and big green lawns in both front and back of the home. Both sides of the house also have very large decks - nearly 800 sq ft of outdoor spaces. Inside, the first floor features a large, fully equipped and open kitchen with a cooking island and all new appliances. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer (again good for the family). Cancellation Policy
1. If written notice of cancellation is received more than 20-days prior to your check-in date, we will gladly refund all sums you have paid, less a $100 Cancellation Fee. If written notice of cancellation is received less than 15-days prior to your check-in date, you will forfeit all sums paid, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the $100 Cancellation Fee will apply.
2. All bookings for the period of December 15th - January 3rd, if cancelled more than 30-days prior to your check-in date, the advance rental payment will be forfeited, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the $100 Cancellation Fee will apply. If cancelled on or past December 1st, all sums paid will be forfeited, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the $100 Cancellation Fee will apply.
3. Any Changes will result in a $25.00 Change Charge, per change, unless upgrading. Upgrades are free.
