King and Queen beds have new pillow top mattresses. These 2 bedrooms are nicely separated to allow privacy for each guest. The Den has sliding pocket doors and makes a great study, office or occasional guest room. The sleeper sofa in the Den is a Queen sleeper. The master bedroom (king) has it's own bathroom. The guest room and den room share a bathroom with the entrance from the hallway.
Master bedroom bathroom has a shower. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Both have new tiled floors and showers. Both bathrooms are new.
This is a brand new villa/condo in an upscale area of a the quaint harbor town, Punta Gorda. It's a low keyed area in which to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida Lifestyle. It has been furnished as a comfortable home with quality furniture, and as of August 2006, everything is brand new. This is the first time it has been listed for rent.
