Our beautiful condominiums are conveniently located on Crescent Beach just minutes from Historic St Augustine,FLid. The condominiums are indivually decorated with the comforts of our guests in mind. You can choose from oceanfront, sideview or poolside condominiums that allow you to relax on one your own private balconies or patios. We offer all the luxeries of home with washers and dryers in each unit as well as fully equipped kitchens and linens and towels provided to make your stay enjoyable.Our Master bedrooms have King or Queen beds and most guest bedrooms have two twin bedsor other combinations as well as sleeper sofas in the Living Rom. You can walk over our two boardwalks directly onto the sandy white beaches of the Atlantic Ocean to soak in the warm Florida sunshine. Conveniently located within two hours of Orlando theme parks and Orlando International Airport. If Nascar racing is exciting to you, then only a short 35 minute drive to Daytona International Speedway and all that Daytona Beach has to offer. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
If your reservation is less that a 28 day duration, your written cancellation must be received a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund. The processing fee is non-refundable.
If your reservation is more than 28 days in duration, your written cancellation request must be received a minimum of ninety (90) days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund. The processing fee is non-refundable.
Winter Cancellation Policy:
If your reservation is longer than 28 days during the months of January, February and March, the following cancellation policy will apply. The processing fee is non-refundable.
• For a full refund, a cancellation request must be received by June 1st of the prior year.
• Cancellation requests made between June 1st and August 31st of the prior year will result in a cancellation penalty of $200.00.
• Cancellation requests made between September 1st and October 31st of the prior year will result in a cancellation penalty of ½ month’s rent.
• Cancellation requests made after November 1st of the prior year will result in a cancellation penalty of 1 month rent.
Note: To avoid cancellation penalties, Four Winds Rental Program offers travel insurance to all our guests. See our website Rates – Rentals Notes or call the Four Winds office for more information.
