The prices are per week and are fully inclusive.
Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £119/$203/C$196 per week if requested at the time of booking.
For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £60/$102/C$98.
For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. No security deposit is taken instead there is (PPF) property protection fee payable $35 (usd) one off payment non refundable. Final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Confirmed bookings are not subject to change where a booking deposit has already been received.
