Security deposit of $250.00 required. Will be returned within 2-4 weeks of departure assuming no damage has been assessed by our local property management company.
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 10
- Minimum stay: 4 nights
- Other fees: optional pool and spa heat $120 per week ($17 per day) $90 cleaning fee additional for stays of 4 or 5 nights
- Lodging Tax: 11%
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be necessary then your reservation deposit will be lost. Should the cancellation occur after the balance has been paid then the full amount will be lost. We strongly advise you to take out some form of travel/trip insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed - this should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control. If a client does not pay the balance when it becomes due then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. In the event of a cancellation then any security deposit already paid will be returned to the client.
