INSIDE THIS CONDO you will find a deluxe kitchen and dining for 6 guests. A comfortable living room with soft suede fabric seating, large TV, DVD player, movie library, cable TV, reading books, Wireless Internet ready throughout. Bring your laptop to email friends about the fabulous time you are having in Mexico (LOL!)
We recognize the most popular features desired by our guests. The living room has a walk out to the private terrace with Al Fresco dining. A Weber BBQ grill for your convenience. We chose sun and earth color tones for the interior. Both, Master suite and Guest room #2 have large glass door's to exit onto the Terrace. The condo is furnished with polished marble floors, ultra comfort sofas and bedding, tiled bathrooms, European accented kitchen and dining area, granite counter tops, in-room safe, and laundry system.
Inside this spacious 1500 sq foot Mexican Contemporary style condo, you will find ample room for 6 guests. Free parking for our vacationer's with rental cars and close proximity to all shopping centers for every day convenience.
DELIGHTS GALORE! We are proximity to the many delights of Playa including 5th avenue– with its world-class cuisine, superb diving and snorkeling sites, duty-free shopping and nightlife. We will introduce you to the many delights of this exclusive vacation hotspot and neighboring towns, with some of the best beaches and underground swimming pools in the world.
WHILE CHANCES ARE you will not be spending all of your time in our condo, we give you reason to with larger than average comfortable rooms. The Master bedroom has a extra-large Queen Matrimonial bed. Second bedroom has 2 Twin size beds and the third bedroom has a Queen Matrimonial bed. There is Cable TV in the Master suite.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy:
• Your payment is required to book and confirm vacation dates.
• All qualified rental charges final. No other fees or taxes apply.
• A refundable $300.00 USD security deposit is required with final payment. Security deposits are held safely, and full refund will be returned in 7 days upon inspection of the condo manager. Charges may be incurred for any damages and missing items. During your stay, please report all incidents to the condo manager and/or concierge services, whoever is available first.
• Check-in 3:00 PM; check-out 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in luggage held securely by the Reception desk.
• No Pets allowed.
• No smoking inside the condo.
• Passport identification is required upon your arrival.
• All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations
• No Black Out Dates
• No Saturday/Sunday restrictions on non-holiday weeks
• Passports are required for Mexico.
• Verify passport expiration dates prior to traveling.
Cancellation Policy:
• Condominium rental requires a signed authorization form to confirm the
reservation with down payment.
• If funds are not received according to schedule, reservation is subject to
cancellation and forfeiture of payment received..
• There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind
during your stay.
• Your reservation is Non Refundable, unless otherwise specified by the terms of
the Cancellation agreement.
Cancellation Refunds
If tenant Cancels Reservation follow these guidelines:
• 60 days prior to your expected arrival date, 50% of full amount is forfeited.
• <60 days, and we are able to re-book the unit for the days of your reservation,
75% of the down payment will be refunded.
• The total amount of down payment received will be forfeited if tenant cancels
within 30 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the condo.
• Major Holiday reservations are non-refundable and all payments are forfeited.
• In Case of Natural Disaster such as Hurricanes or Act of God, out of our control, the owners will work with client to rebook there vacation in 90 days from the original reservation, or forfeit 50% of the full amount.
• We do not offer refunds while on vacation.
• All reservations fall into the category of our standard cancellation policy.
Travel Insurance
• We recommend that you look into purchasing airfare travel insurance such as Travel Guard in the U.S. and elsewhere. In Canada, many elect to use RBC Travel Insurance. Explore your options if you plan to purchase airfare travel insurance in
your country. Our Owner-Direct Authorization form is our contract with clients.
• We are an owner-direct hospitality service and make no
guarantee for claims with travel insurance companies. We can provide a letter of cancellation if one is required. Please consult your airfare travel insurance company for instructions.
Occupancy:
• Maximum allowed occupancy is 6 Guests, includes all children no matter age.
Additional Services:
• A limited number of rental cribs are available for rent on a first come first serve
basis. You may ask to reserve these items in advance or upon your arrival.
• Our Condo has a washer and dryer in a private storage room.
• 1 Mid-Week maid service is included with full occupancy of this condo rental.
• Additional maid service can be increased for a charge of $25 per day, which includes a full condo cleaning and change of linens and towels.
• No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays.
